Develop a graphics library in JavaScript that will place the <video> element fixed near with the cursor.
The video is at the top right of the cursor and is anchored in its lower left corner.
There must be a function to appear and disappear.

I think this is the most beautiful and at the same time effective way to teach people how to use the site.
